Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of scalable and efficient software tools, supporting our clients' Payments platforms and operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and ensure the successful implementation of tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in designing and developing scalable, efficient software tools for clients' Payments platforms.
Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and define practical solutions.
Collaborate with internal business groups to gain a deep understanding of processes and operations.
Work closely with developers to understand data structures, sources, and systematic processes during development.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to promote best practices and maintain end-to-end process consistency.
Develop, build, and maintain reports and dashboards containing actionable metrics to monitor operations' performance effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
8 years of experience as a Technical Data Analyst .
Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing data.
Proven experience working in Agile teams .
Experience working with Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae systems is highly desirable.
