- Leading a 30-person packing department to ship thousands of daily orders.
- Improving customer experiences by analyzing unsuccessful searches and suggesting changes.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base compensation starts at $125,400
- Total cash compensation is generally around $150,000 to $170,000 and includes a profit sharing based on company profitability
