Job Summary
Alina Lodge and High Watch Recovery Center, two highly respected drug and alcohol treatment centers in New Jersey and Connecticut, are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in the NYC market. This position plays a pivotal role in expanding our reach and connecting individuals in need of care to our comprehensive treatment services. The Business Development Associate will focus on building and nurturing professional relationships with referral sources, including therapists, treatment centers, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. Through outreach, education, and collaboration, this role aims to increase awareness of Alina Lodge and High Watch’s programs and drive patient admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with potential referral sources in the NYC area, such as therapists, hospitals, treatment cents, and healthcare organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships to establish Alina Lodge and High Watch as a trusted treatment partner.
- Educate referral sources about Alina Lodge’s programs, services, and unique approach to substance abuse and mental health treatment.
- Represent Alina Lodge and High Watch at industry events, conferences, and community outreach programs to build visibility and network with professionals.
- Collaboration with the admissions and clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and transitions for referred patients.
- Track and report outreach efforts, relationship progress, and referral metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or outreach within the healthcare, behavioral health, or substance abuse space.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Knowledge of addiction treatment and mental health services is preferred.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet outreach and admissions goals.
- Familiarity with the NYC healthcare and mental health landscape is a plus.s
- Graduate from an accredited college or university
