Dive into Leadership: Become a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

Who You'll Work With: Directly report to the Director of Manufacturing in this pivotally strategic role based in Milford, CT at Alinabal, LLC. As a trusted leader, your mission will be to optimize operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery in a dynamic environment.

Your Role includes:

• Synchronize Daily Safety, Quality, and Cost metrics with corporate goals.

• Create schedules and allocate worker-hours effectively for project completion.

• Juggle multiple projects, driving them to successful and timely completions.

• Foster a culture of communication and motivation amongst personnel, nurturing talent to meet divisional goals.

• Implement and oversee cross-training programs for workforce proficiency and safety.

• Collaborate with plant functions to guarantee timely and precise deliveries.

• Maintain protocols for optimal preventative maintenance of equipment and tooling.

• Investigate and resolve operation inefficiencies using state-of-the-art manufacturing software.

• Lead initiatives in Lean-Process improvements within your scope.

• Aim for impeccable order and safety by applying the 5S system in workplaces.

Ensure adherence to: ISO, QS, and AS Procedures related to production and other duties as assigned.

Bring to the Table:

• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is an advantage.
• Deep understanding of product technicalities and mechanics.
• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational talents.
• Exemplary written, oral, and presentation communication.
• Over 5 years in a supervisory role within manufacturing.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience.

Note: Physical activities include frequent movement around the plant, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to manufacturing conditions like noise and mechanical parts.
