Duties
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates
- Conduct employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize recruiting tools such as Kronos, Workday, and Lever for efficient candidate management
- Negotiate job offers with selected candidates
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Prior experience in scheduling interviews
- Proficiency in using recruitment software like Kronos, Workday, and Lever
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop training programs for employee development
- Familiarity with employee orientation processes
