Aline is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and highly organized Program Manager to join our Research & Development (R&D) organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, this individual will serve as a central coordination point for the Product Engineering, Platform/AI/BI Engineering, and Product teams. The Program Manager will play a critical role in aligning efforts across these functions, driving cross-team collaboration, and supporting the successful execution of initiatives in a rapidly scaling SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a connective hub across engineering and product functions, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely execution of priorities.
Drive strategic planning cycles, road mapping sessions, and project tracking across the R&D org.
Establish and maintain efficient processes for planning, communication, and reporting across teams.
Identify and remove roadblocks that impact velocity or collaboration across product and engineering.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation in partnership with technical and product leaders.
Ensure visibility and accountability of key initiatives through reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
Support the CTO and other leaders with preparation of materials for executive reporting, board updates, or strategic planning sessions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational rigor, and cross-functional cohesion.
Qualifications:
5 years of project management or program management experience, ideally within a fast-growing SaaS company.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in dynamic, high-growth environments.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Experience working within R&D or technical organizations (Product, Engineering, Data/BI, or Platform teams).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet).
Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or related certifications a plus.
Salary : $105,000 - $125,000
