The Alisal, a luxury 10,500 private acre working Ranch and Resort in the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Bartender to join our team.
- This position entails attentively taking beverage orders from guests / customers / members and servers to efficiently prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Ranch's recipes and policies.
- Accurately recording drink orders and entering them into the register system, in addition to accepting and recording payment, charges, and making change.
- Competently preparing garnishes for drinks, replenishing snacks, and receiving and serving food orders to guests seated at the bar.
- Organizing and maintaining bottles and glasses, and restocking bar inventory in an aesthetically pleasing, functional manner to promote beverages and support efficient drink preparation.
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of bar area, including tables, counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, glassware, and storage areas.
- Impeccable drink menu presentation and ability to respond to guest questions and inquiries while consistently
displaying a friendly and warm demeanor.
