Job Overview
The Alisal Guest Ranch & Resort is a luxury 10,500-acre working ranch and resort in the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country. We offer an exceptional experience to our guests and members, and we are looking for a talented individual to contribute to this experience as a Concierge on our Pool Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and members to the pool area
- Maintain the pool area's safety and cleanliness
- Respond to guest and member questions and concerns
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Integrity, dependability, and adaptability
- Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs
- Able to work indoors, outdoors, and in varying temperatures
