Alisal, a luxury 10,500-acre working ranch and resort in the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country is seeking an experienced and service-oriented concierge to join our team.
This temporary position to assist during peak season entails greeting and welcoming guests and members to the pool area, maintaining pool safety, and ensuring cleanliness.
We're looking for someone with prior experience in customer service roles who desires to establish authentic and memorable interactions with internal and external guests.
The ideal candidate will possess integrity, dependability, and adaptability, with skills in multi-tasking, attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and organization.
A commitment to confidentiality, ability to lift 50 lbs, and work indoors or outdoors in varying temperatures are also required.
PAY AND BENEFITS
The position pays $16.50 per hour plus a portion of the service charge, includes free meals, exceptional perks, and discounts for use of Ranch services and facilities, as well as health benefits and a 401(k) plan subject to eligibility requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to present proof of identity and legal right to work in the United States post-offer, pre-employment, pass a criminal background check, and have open availability to accommodate varied schedules including weekends and holidays.
