Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately.
- Delivering orders to tables promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure presentation meets standards.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials.
- Describe all menu items and preparations articulately and enthusiastically.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
