The CEO / Founder of an exciting and innovative large technology start-up company is searching for an experienced Executive Personal Assistant. Working closely with the Executive and his family, the EPA role will be responsible for managing schedules; prioritization; managing travel details and logistics; helping with speaking engagements, events planning, and ad hoc projects. The right candidate will be able to manage staff; handle complex project management and oversight; have top notch research skills; will be highly tech savvy; and MUST HAVE prior experience supporting a UHNW individual and family. Being able to turn on a dime and handle last minute requests with elegance, the way any celebrity type of executive would want, is also hugely important. This hybrid role will be based in Miami, with some travel required; compensation will be in the range of $150-200K.
