JOB TITLE : Outpatient Clinical Assistant

STATUS : Regular Full-Time

HOURS : Hours are between 7am - 7pm, Monday - Friday

Some weekends may be required. Flexibility between 7am - 7pm is necessary as schedules align with patient scheduled times. Shifts are typically up to 10 hours, longer shifts may be required at times. Availability to work this schedule is a requirement of the position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : (Job Description Available Upon Demand)

Supports and implements the practice mission and strategic vision within their respective departments.

Handles confidential information requiring professional discretion and compliance with protected health information, data integrity and security policies.

• Operates medical devices and treatment including TMS, EEG, Ketamine and others, providing direct patient care.
• Administers and scores ratings scales.
• Documents patient visits in the Electronic Health Record.
• Assists in maintaining accurate Electronic Health Records.
• Other clinical or administrative duties as assigned to meet practice needs.

TALENT :

QUALIFICATIONS : High School Diploma | College Degree or Certification (LPN, CMA, or CNA) preferred | Familiar with EMR & PM System | Medical Terminology | TMS Machine (Will Train), Electronic Manometer, Thermometer & Scale | Attendance Is Essential Of This Position | Proficient in Microsoft Platforms

EXPERIENCE : Previous Medical Clinic Experience Preferred

COMPENSATION : $18 - $20
