We are seeking a part time office administrator/receptionist for our Phoenix location:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls
  • Managing email correspondence
  • Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization
  • General clerical duties including communication from guards and daily activity reports
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Respond to requests for information and data
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
  • Assist security guards with questions and issues
  • Ability to work with various software systems

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven administrative and/or receptionist experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
  • Familiar with business principles
  • Computer literacy

This position requires a highly organized individual with strong administrative skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks. They must be proficient in MS Office applications and have knowledge of office management systems. This position handles a variety of duties including answering phone calls, maintaining files, preparing documents, and providing general clerical support. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to contribute to the success of an organization in an administrative role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.48 - $19.55 per hour
