An ideal candidate would excel at presenting, love reviewing product release notes, and be a strong problem solver. Important communication skills include the ability to clearly explain and document business logic and requirements, building rapport and trust with prospects, and consultative sales techniques. Alkami's Senior Solution Consultants serve as the bridge between Product and Sales and are experts at demoing our product, identifying prospect needs, and keeping up to date with the latest features and services available on our platform.Key Responsibilities & Duties : Stay current with latest product releases and product roadmapConduct product demonstrations (in-person and remote)Identify and document gaps between Alkami product line and financial institution (FI) expectations. Liaise with Alkami Product and Sales teams to resolve gaps and document solutions to the mutual satisfaction the interested partiesWork with Alkami Client Sales Executives to qualify and identify prospect needsSupport Alkami Client Success Managers to aid existing clients in the adoption and utilization of their existing Alkami solution(s)Position Alkami against competitor strengths and weaknessesCreate presentations and diagrams to capture sales requirementsParticipate actively in site-visit preparation meetingsAct as a trusted consultant for prospects during the due diligence processWork with the Alkami Product team to best fit prospect requests with Product roadmapParticipate in new client kick off meetings and facilitate handoff from Sales to OperationsLead breakout sessions during annual Alkami Client ConferenceRemain current with industry trends, vendor relationships, etcOther duties as assignedQualifications : 8 years Solution Consulting or related experienceExperience in data and marketing as well as digital banking or financial services industryExcellent at documenting technical requirementsAstute and Engaging Presenter : Ability to present and develop rapport with prospectsProfessional Aggressiveness : Expressed attitude and desire to achieveTechnically Articulate : Ability to communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audienceExperience participating in medium to large sized deals ($1MM to $10MM)Desired Skills : Deep understanding of banks, credit unions, marketing and analytics and MarTech systems.Experience as data and marketing practitioner at a bank or related financial services company or as an employee of a MarTech provider supporting financial institutions.Our ideal candidate lives and breathes data and analytics and can connect with bankers as one of their own.
