The Global Commercial Manager for TEM is responsible for delivering annual sales plans, revenue growth targets, standard gross margin, and rolling sales forecasts. This position acts as the voice of the customer within the business unit and will regularly interface with R&D, Operations, Application Engineering, Customer Service, and Marketing.
You will play a critical role in managing the execution of strategic growth programs through implementing and driving rigorous sales processes and coaching, including key account planning, customer pipeline and leading metric tracking, value proposition coaching, and driving accountability.
The successful candidate will have a bias towards action and growth with a 'hunter mentality' and will be able to develop strong organizational talent to meet current and future business needs.
