Responsibilities
The Director of Sales for the Thermal Engineered Materials (TEM) business has several key responsibilities. These include:
- Delivering annual sales plans, revenue growth targets, standard gross margin, and rolling sales forecasts.
- Directing and prioritizing global sales actions to ensure strategic plans for both revenue and growth objectives are met.
- Identifying customer gaps, concerns, and goals that require a total Alkegen solution.
- Working closely with other business partners including customer service, engineering, and production to ensure optimal service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Managing a staff of sales professionals and routine sales management activities such as account assignments, goal setting, performance management, issue resolution, and escalation.
- Developing strong organizational talent to meet current and future business needs.
