To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree (Engineering; Business) and 10 years of experience in industrial sales with a diverse background (strong managerial, business, marketing, direct sales, and channel management). At least 5 years of global management experience is also required, along with a demonstrated history of business development, strong negotiation ability, and a natural flair to work within teams, across business units, and foster key customer relationships.
