We are seeking a dedicated and organized Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the office. Independent Contractor based out of PDX, OR or NY, NY
Availability: Flexible hours M-Th between 9 AM and 4 PM EST
Responsibilities Include:
Customer Service
- Inquiries
- Order Confirmations with Our Distribution Partners
- Customer Support Emails
- LTL Shipping Coordination, Tracking and Management
- Order Tracking
- Refunds
- Referrals to Technical Support
- Trade Program Support
- Sample Kit Orders and Shipment
- Trade Account Set Up
- Trade Acct follow-ups
Admin Support
- Provide administrative support by managing office tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally and assist clients with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Transcribe documents accurately and maintain organized records.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency.
- Meeting Scheduling across timezones
- Travel coordination
- Research, as assigned
- In-Person Event Support as Needed
- Ad/Hoc Responsibilities as assigned
Critical Skills:
- Independent thinker who is able to take examples and problem solve on their own.
- Modern professionalism in Gmail/G-Suite/Digital Calendars/MS Office. Bonus for proficiency in Shopify, MS Office, Klaviyo, and Instagram.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional support.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
