POSITION SUMMARY :
Alkermes is seeking an experienced IT Associate Director within the Commercial delivery group of IT. This individual will be accountable for business engagement, implementation, production support and maintenance services for a number of functional areas in the Commercial, Sales and Marketing arena. The successful candidate will have deep experience with the delivery of Commercial applications in a pharmaceutical environment with extensive experience implementing and supporting Veeva and / or Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
This role is based at Alkermes' Waltham, MA location and would work a hybrid office schedule.
Responsibilities
JOB DUTIES :
- Shape business demand into supply by partnering with business resources to facilitate creation of business cases, and value plans :
Identify opportunities to solve business problems with IT capabilities through collaboration with stakeholders
Own the partner / vendor relationships, managing external service provider quality and performance to ensure that services are delivered according to the specified service levels, requirements, and overall effectiveness
