Job Description
This position's focus is to provide facility event coordination and office support. Planning and preparing spaces for onsite meetings and events throughout the Waltham facility. Assisting with new hires, moves, and changes in the Space Database. Providing daily customer service coordinating with other departments. Physical demands associated with this position may include walking, lifting & carrying weighted materials (up to 50 lbs.).

Physical room set ups and break downs.
Assist with New Hire Coordination / MAC (Moves / Adds / Changes)
Assure Cleaning Daily Checklist are completed appropriately.
Coordinate APP requisition PO process.
