What are the responsibilities and job description for the Demand Generation Manager position at Alkira?
Alkira is a fast-growing cloud networking company that is transforming the way enterprise networks are deployed and managed. We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our team and help us drive the growth of our business through strategic digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement
- Manage and optimize our website, ensuring that it is user-friendly, accessible, and optimized for search engines
- Create compelling content for our digital channels including website, social media, and email marketing campaigns that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement
- Develop and manage social media campaigns across multiple channels, including Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Manage email, Linkedin and Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor and report on key digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and social media engagement
- Leverage and manage intent tools like Zoominfo to curate targeted lists for marketing campaigns and BDR outreach
- Collaborate with other marketing, sales and product team members to ensure alignment across all Alkira marketing channels and campaigns
- Implement the latest digital marketing technologies and best practices for innovative campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a track record of developing and executing successful campaigns
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and reporting on digital advertising and organic digital metrics
- Proficiency in Zoominfo, Salesforce a plus
- Proficiency in WordPress, and Hubspot and content management systems
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that engages our target audience
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience in B2B marketing and networking companies
Nice to have:
- Hubspot certification
- Google Analytics certification

What we offer:
- Based on California pay transparency law the salary range for this position is $90,000 —$150,000 USD. Your actual base salary and level will be determined on a case by case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education and location. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at Alkira.
