You will play a critical role in driving pipeline progression, aligning marketing and sales strategies, and delivering measurable ROI.Key Responsibilities:Design and execute B2B lead generation campaigns across a variety of channels, including email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, and events to drive demand and pipeline growth.Leverage Adobe Marketo Engage for email marketing and campaign management. Expertise in tools like Goldcast (for webinars/events), Demandbase (or other ABM platforms), and Salesforce is a strong plus.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff, enhance lead quality, and monitor pipeline progression. Identify and resolve roadblocks to optimize lead-to-revenue conversion.Plan, promote, and execute webinars and events using tools like Goldcast, ensuring alignment with broader demand generation strategies.Continuously track and measure demand generation metrics, including lead generation performance, pipeline contribution, and overall ROI. Present campaign insights and optimizations to stakeholders.Foster close collaboration between marketing and sales teams by implementing best practices for lead handoff, pipeline growth, and customer nurturing strategies.Evaluate and streamline campaign processes to maximize efficiency.
