Job Title: Maintenance Technician, Full-Time
Reports to: Senior Maintenance Technician
Hourly Rate: $17 to $19, rate dependent on experience (on-site training provided, experience preferred but not required)

All Aboard Properties is the parent company to All Aboard Storage. We have 30 storage locations around the Volusia County area, our corporate office, the Port Orange Flea Market, and a few larger plazas, like the Sunshine Plaza in Daytona Beach. Our amazing team of Maintenance Technicians oversees all of these locations! We're looking for one other individual to join our team and make our properties impeccable. We care about improving our community and our Maintenance Team helps ensure we are making improvements to our properties and our communities.
Typically, our maintenance technicians work independently, but we are very much so a team! If one tech is out of work, the other team members will help cover any critical work orders that occur. We're looking for someone that is a team player but who can work independently throughout the week and someone that can stay accountable for their work.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM to 4 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- This position will be overseeing the maintenance on 3-4 of our properties.
- You will receive on-the-job training but we would like applicants to have experience in construction, irrigation, electrical, plumbing, blueprints, HVAC, and measuring.
- Vast knowledge of different maintenance equipment and tools. Our company provides all the necessary equipment and tools.
- This position will receive a company credit card and they will be required to keep records of anything that they might need to purchase.
- Document repair actions on Yardi work order system on a daily basis. (We do not require prior knowledge of Yardi. You will learn that on the job.)
- Perform repairs and maintenance work in office premises and buildings.
- Repair swing doors, roll-up doors, latches, and hasps (locking mechanism).
- Perform minor plumbing such as toilet, faucet, and garbage disposal repairs.
- Perform minor drywall, carpentry, and small roof repair.
- Installation of appliances such as new water heaters, minor plumbing systems and fixtures, and kitchen components.
- Paint outdoor and indoor surfaces made of all materials such as wood, concrete, or brick, metal, and PVC.
- Complete any additional work orders that are put into Yardi (maintenance software system).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to lift minimum 50 lbs.
- Standing and squatting for long periods of time
- Ability to walk 1-3 miles
