What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Coordinator position at All About Caring Home Care LLC?
We are growing! Looking to add an additional client coordinator with capacity to increase hours as we grow. This individual has a central role with client and employee coordination with opportunity for advancement. This position includes but is not limited to, new client intakes and coordinating new client openings, scheduling, daily communication with field staff, clients, other office staff, and case management. Applicants must have the following qualities:
*Positive energy and attitude.
*Proficient with computers including Word, Excel, Outlook, Google docs and sheets, & ability to learn new system programs that are computer based.
*Strong communication skills
*Organized
*Strong attention to detail
*Able to work together with a team
*Home Care experience in an office setting desired
*Human Resources experience desired
*If applicant meets qualifications can become a designated coordinator after training completed and comfortable with client coordinator position.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
