Responsibilities:
Irrigation/Outdoor Lighting: Scheduling, dispatching, and routing technicians; monitoring appointments; managing service agreements; creating service calendars; updating customers on schedule changes; and maintaining customer files.
Superior Showroom: Providing retail sales and customer assistance; selling club memberships; managing warranty claims; maintaining showroom appearance; opening and closing the store; and participating in events.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Punctuality and dependability
Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel)
Dispatching experience
