About the Role
The Client Services Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing front desk operations, assisting clients, and managing day-to-day activities. You’ll also supervise employees, train new team members, and ensure smooth operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a heart for making a difference in children’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and program scheduling.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure the front desk remains organized.
Client Support
Provide information about gym services, programs, and events.Guide clients on navigating the sensory gym and its offerings.Resolve client concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction.Customer Experience
Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere for clients and staff.Monitor client satisfaction, collect feedback, and assist in implementing improvements.Communicate updates or changes to gym services and programs.Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging community and loyalty.Employee Management
Supervise coaches and volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service.Train new team members on daily procedures, policies, and standards.Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.Administrative Support
Process payments, memberships, and billing information.Manage appointment reminders, cancellations, and schedule adjustments.Prepare reports on client activity, employee performance, and operational issues.Maintain inventory and supplies at the front desk.Assist with promotional materials and social media content when needed.Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, health, fitness, or a related field preferred.Experience : Prior experience in customer service, administrative roles, or leadership, ideally in health, wellness, or fitness. Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus.Skills :Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to motivate and manage a team.Excellent organizational skills and multitasking capability.Compassionate and empathetic, with experience working with diverse populations.Strong communication skills (verbal and written).Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.Familiarity with CRM systems and POS software.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Physical Demands
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during shifts.Occasional light lifting and exposure to cleaning products.Work Environment
