As a Service Coordinator, you will oversee the lifecycle of service requests, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. This role offers opportunities for growth, with many team members advancing into positions such as Project Coordinator within two years.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Coordination : Manage service requests, including setup, tracking, materials coordination, closeouts, and invoicing.
Problem Resolution : Provide timely and effective solutions to customer concerns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Logistics, Procurement, Project Management, and Finance teams.
Customer and Partner Relations : Maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and labor partners to ensure successful outcomes.
Efficient Management : Handle a high volume of service tickets while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications
Experience : Background in customer service, property management, maintenance, or a similar field.
Skills : Strong multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to perform under pressure.

Work Schedule
Hybrid Model : Four days onsite, one day remote.
