Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Designated Manager with in-depth knowledge of 245D services and compliance regulations. This is a key leadership position with significant potential for growth, designed for someone ready to take ownership of a growing program and be rewarded for performance and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily administrative operations, ensuring alignment with 245D regulations and internal standards.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, families, and team members.
- Drive program development initiatives to strengthen and expand 245D service delivery.
- Supervise and support staff to promote a positive, efficient, and client-centered work environment.
- Oversee budgets and maintain accurate financial records related to service provision.
- Coordinate and implement staff training on best practices and compliance in home care services.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience with 245D services and regulatory compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience in program development and team leadership is a plus.
- Ability to motivate, supervise, and support a diverse team.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is beneficial but not required.
