About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team at All About Kids Daycare & Preschool of North Canton. As a teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and help them grow and learn in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for infants and toddlers
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and play
- Observe and document children's development and progress
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the classroom
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with infants and toddlers
- High School Degree required; Associate’s, Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or CDA preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, nurturing, and compassionate demeanor
