West Palm Beach Preschool Director – Lead, Inspire, and Make a Difference!

Are you a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Education Leader? We are looking for a dedicated Preschool Director to join our family-owned learning center to oversee the daily operations of our West Palm Beach location, ensuring a nurturing and high-quality learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the preschool’s daily operations, curriculum, and staff.
• Knowledge of Procare and general office procedures.
• Manage budgets, enrollment and administrative tasks.
• Implement educational programs that foster early childhood development.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of passionate educators, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local licensing regulations, health and safety guidelines, and accreditation standards

• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, children, and the community

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Florida Director Credential
• 5 years experience in preschool administration or Early Childhood Education
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Federal Food Program and PBC licensing requirements.
• Understanding of ELC requirements and Apple accreditation standards.
