Customer Service / Clerical Job Description
All About Learning Press is currently looking for the right person to join our customer support team. We are looking to hire a skilled customer service support person who can assist our customers and school accounts and help with related tasks. Duties will include processing purchase orders, servicing customers, and processing State Educational Savings Account orders. This will be a hybrid position.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong multitasking and analysis skills. You will also need to demonstrate attention to detail and strong communication skills. Candidates with previous clerical & customer service experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Process purchase orders & related tasks
- Assist with special projects relating to customer service
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to ensure customer happiness
