The Clinic Coordinator will be responsible for welcoming families, scheduling appointments, managing billing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist families as they arrive at the clinic
- Schedule therapy sessions for clients and communicate appointment details
- Manage billing and insurance claims
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic
- Assist therapists with administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient clinic operations
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: $14 to $18 per hour
