Plant Manager – Distribution

All America Threaded Products is seeking a highly motivated and experienced plant manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse distribution operations. This critical role offers a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, plus attractive bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, life, and 401(k) retirement savings plan with a company match. The position requires a full-time commitment, working Monday through Friday at our facility located in Lancaster.

Starting Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year Bonuses.

Schedule: Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 3:30pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

All America Threaded Products is a prime manufacturer threaded rod and supplies clients in all 50 states, Mexico, and Canada. We are seeking a warehouse manager with demonstrated success managing warehouse distribution operation. This position requires a full range of distribution, manufacturing, and transportation knowledge, a focus on results, leadership presence, and hands-on leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the distribution center, including receiving, warehousing, order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. The warehouse manager will report directly to the general manager and will supervise, train, and motivate approximately 10 warehouse employees. Key duties include:

• Lead and optimize all distribution functions for maximum performance, ensuring operational excellence, cost reduction, continuous process improvement, and enhanced customer satisfaction (both internal and external).
• Maintain the currently high level of operating efficiency, reduce costs, constantly improve processes/procedures, and increase customer (internal and external) satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, and motivate a high-performing team of hourly employees through effective training and coaching.
• Establish clear and measurable goals aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring consistent adherence and achievement.
• Develop and implement robust operating policies and procedures that drive efficient and effective operations.

• Spearhead initiatives to optimize distribution efficiencies through innovative strategies, process improvements, workforce development, and technology implementation.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments, driving continuous improvement and achievement of targets.
• Lead and maintain a comprehensive safety program, ensuring 100% compliance with all OSHA regulations and fostering a safety-conscious culture.

Who we are seeking in an applicant:

We are seeking a person with a background in warehouse leadership. We would prefer somebody who is familiar with Lean manufacturing principles. This position will require an individual with strong leadership and supervisory skills, as well as a great communicator and problem solver. Critical qualifications include:

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Extensive and diverse experience in distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics operations.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with advanced analytical and data manipulation skills.
• 10 or more years of experience in warehouse operations in a leadership role, we will accept a combination of relevant education and experience.
• Quantifiable record of implementing successful initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
