All American Field House in Monroeville, PA is looking for one entry level sports facility management to join our 26 person strong team. We are located on 1 Racquet Ln. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. Full or part time (25-30 hours) is available.
Evening and weekend work is expected.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Manager on Duty
- Manage staff and ensure highly functioning facility operations
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest experience
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure facilities are clean and meet standards for customers.
Qualifications
Ability to earn commisison and incentive compensation in addition to base pay. Advancement opportunities.

Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $12.00 - $15.00 / hour.
