The position of Fitness and Memberships Manager is a full time, on-site, salaried position at ALL AMERICAN Field House in Monroeville, PA. The anticipated regular hours are afternoon- close (closing schedule varies from 8 pm Sun, most evenings are 9 pm, some winter evenings we close at 10 pm). You will work 9 hours per day. Your days off will be Wed and Thursdays. Schedule may fluctuate based upon facility utilization and events.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following business processes and services to our customers :

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of facility operations, ensuring that members, trainers, and athletes have a top-tier experience in a well-maintained and efficiently run environment. This position reports to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Operations & Maintenance

Conduct daily facility walkthroughs, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and safety standards are upheld.
Supervise cleaning protocols with documented 2x daily checklists to maintain hygiene and presentation.
Ensure proper functioning of equipment, escalating larger issues to the GM as needed.

Membership, Fitness, & Training Program Oversight

Manage and grow the membership base, ensuring high retention and engagement, positioning ALL AMERICAN as the top training facility in Western PA.

Develop relationships with area businesses and sell corporate and sponsor membership packages, and maintain financial reporting thereof.

Develop, oversee, and support the organization of fitness classes, sports trainers, sports performance and training programs, ensuring alignment with the facility’s standards. This is a new line of business for us - experience in building out a fitness program is a must.

Set up, schedule training, classes, and sports performance. Utilize Daysmart system to add classes / promote offers.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align membership promotions and retention strategies.

Ensure that customer interactions align with the facility’s high customer service expectations.

Ensure financial transparency and accuracy of reporting and fiscal responsibility in product purchasing and staff scheduling.

Complete financial reporting in a detailed and timely manner.

Staff Supervision & Scheduling

Directly hire, onboard, and oversee fitness staff and contractors.

Ensure staff members are trained, active, and accountable throughout their shifts.

Enforce a 3-strike policy for performance issues, with documented corrective action (cc : to GM & HR).

Schedule staff via Homebase, ensuring appropriate staffing levels for events and daily operations.

Monitor staff clock-in / out procedures, preventing unauthorized time changes.

Establish clear communication and procedures for smooth operations.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations for sports facilities.

Maintain emergency response plans and conduct regular staff training drills.

Ensure all employees have up-to-date clearances and training records stored in Asana.

Maintain incident reporting procedures with clear documentation and follow-up protocols.

Operational Efficiency & Event Support

As a Manager on Duty, coordinate court turnover times and resource allocation for practices, games, and tournaments.

Communicate with sales and operations staff to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Continuously assess and improve facility operations processes for better efficiency.

Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD).

Contribute to ongoing process improvements

Proof of Pennsylvania Background Check, FBI clearances, First Aid, and CPR certification are required for this position and must be presented prior to first day.

Act as an ambassador and positive representative of the organization at all times.

Compensation :

You will be an employee of All American Fieldhouse Sports Management and will support Pro Sports as directed. It is expected that you will work on site, 45 hours per week. It is expected that evening and weekend work will be required. Reviews will be conducted annually.

Your compensation for this role will be $45,000 / annually. You will be paid in accordance with our bi-weekly pay cycles. You are required to clock in and out of our payroll system.

Additional commission compensation is as follows :

We currently offer incentives to staff for membership sales, billboard and sponsorship sales, as well as corporate membership packages. You will be eligible to receive these commission programs, which are subject to change and modification.

In addition, as a full time management team member, you will be eligible for bonus pool compensation based upon eligibility requirements (currently you must be on staff for 6 months to qualify). We will be rolling out a new bonus incentive program in Q2. Bonus incentives are subject to change and modification.

Sponsorship, membership commission, and bonus revenue will not be paid to any terminated employee (there are no residuals).

We anticipate significant additional earning potential in addition to the base salary for a motivated person in this position.

Full time work will allow you to become eligible for full time benefits at the conclusion of the 90 day trial period. Those benefits include :

You will receive 8 days of PTO (Paid Time Off) as part of your employment.

The following PTO policies will apply :

0-3 months - No PTO is available

3 months - 12 months - Accrue 1 day / month up to 8 total days

1 year - 5 years - 8 days / year. Days do not carry over or accrue

5 years and up - 13 days / year. Days do not carry over or accrue

You can request PTO time off directly from your manager, we request 2 weeks advance

notice in writing.

200 / month health care reimbursement

401k program with 3% company match (additional hours requirements apply) will also be available for full time employees.

The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met and encountered by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position requires walking, talking, seeing, hearing and other uses of the senses. While performing the duties of this position, an employee is required to frequently use hands, and fingers and possess efficient means of communicating with others. Occasional standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching etc. is also required of this position. Occasional lifting, climbing, going up / down stairs and other physical exertions may also be required. The working environment for this position is a combination of indoor office as well as outdoors featuring extreme heat and cold environments during camps, clinics, leagues, events etc. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings and weekends consistently.
