Job Summary :

ALL AMERICAN Field House is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the facility remains in top condition. This role involves routine maintenance, deep cleaning, equipment upkeep, and safety checks . The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in general maintenance and repair work.

Responsibilities :

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly facility maintenance tasks

Conduct deep cleaning of courts, common areas, locker rooms, and storage spaces

Maintain Dr. Dish machines, motorized nets, and turf surfaces

Inspect and repair basketball nets, bleachers, court markings, and protective netting

Handle landscaping duties , including mowing, trimming, and debris removal (seasonal)

Perform safety checks on AEDs, first aid kits, and fire extinguishers

Inspect and replace lighting

Keep storage areas clean and organized

Document completed work and report any issues to management

Requirements :

• Experience in facility maintenance, custodial work, or related fields
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks including ladder and lift work.
• Basic knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical, and equipment repair
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
