All American Field House in Monroeville, PA is looking for one shift supervisor to join our 26 person strong team. We are located on 1 Racquet Ln. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.
Staff Supervision : Managing and leading a team of employees during your shift, ensuring they perform their tasks efficiently and correctly.
Customer Service : Addressing customer needs, ensuring a positive experience, and resolving any issues or complaints.
Operational Oversight : Monitoring daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. This could include overseeing events, managing scheduling, or handling equipment and facility maintenance.
Safety and Security : Ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers, following safety protocols, and handling emergencies when needed.
Inventory Management : Keeping track of supplies or merchandise, ensuring stock is replenished, and managing inventory.
Pay : $12-$15 per hour
Hours : 25-30 hours per week
Schedule : Evenings and weekends
Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Wednesdays and Thursdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
