Girls Gymnastics Coach

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Girls Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong background in gymnastics. This role involves educating and training students in gymnastics techniques, promoting physical fitness, and fostering a positive and safe learning environment. You will play a crucial role in developing students' skills, confidence, and love for the sport.

• Training starts Immediately!
• Must have 1-2 years experience coaching Gymnastics level 3 and 4
• Flexible Availability- Some mornings between 9:30-12:30 and Afternoons between 3:30-7:30

Duties
- Instruct students in various gymnastics skills, including tumbling, balance beam, and floor routines.
- Create engaging lesson plans that cater to different skill levels and ages.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their performance..
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote discipline and respect among students.
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages teamwork, perseverance, and personal growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and any concerns.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years coaching level 3 4 Gymnastics is required.
- Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques to effectively guide young athletes.
- Ability to educate students on proper techniques while ensuring their safety at all times.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
- A passion for promoting physical fitness and healthy lifestyles among children.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
