Position Summary
All American Healthcare Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our recovery management team by coordinating documentation, ensuring accuracy within our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, and assisting with administrative tasks. You will also collaborate with recovery managers and provide essential reports to ensure the continuity of care for our clients, all while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and route them to appropriate personnel.
- Assist the team with administrative tasks to ensure timely client service and efficient office operations.
- Verify and review daily documentation submitted by recovery managers.
- Perform data entry using Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, and OneDrive).
- Manage invoice data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Handle filing, copying, and scanning of documents.
- Process shipments via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, as needed.
- Respond to customer service emails and communications.
- Support administrative projects and generate reports for the program manager and administrator.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including reports and updates.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OneDrive.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to write professional emails.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and seek consultation when necessary.
Preferred Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Invoicing is a plus
