All American Marine is hiring a full-time Human Resources Manager to join and support our dynamic production team that builds custom, high-quality vessels in a state-of-the-art facility located on beautiful Bellingham Bay.
Job Details:

- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting and hiring
- Personnel management
- Conducting job analysis
- Orienting and training
- Providing benefits and incentives
- Evaluate performance
- Communication with employees at all levels
- Maintaining employment records
Pay Scale: Hourly (non-exempt) pay range of $33.50-$40/hr.
