All American Metal Corp. is seeking a full time, Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to help manage the office. Our ideal candidate is a quick learner with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional client service.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Order Entry
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls on a multiple-line phone system
- Filing Paperwork
- Generating invoices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to check own work
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
- Act as first point of contact for visitors
- Provide support for other office staff
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- Prior experience is a must
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer Skilled (Windows, Microsoft Office)
- Organized
WORKING LOCATION & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
