This hybrid inside sales and customer care role is based at our Nashville office (2259 Jackson Downs Blvd, Nashville, TN 37214) with the opportunity to work from home after completing 90 days of in-office training and work only one day per week onsite in our Nashville office. As a Customer Care & Inside Sales Representative, you will:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, and texts, assisting customers with questions and service needs.
- Qualify leads and close sales, proactively following up with potential and returning customers.
- Educate customers on pest control services, providing expert recommendations to meet their specific needs.
- Schedule and optimize service appointments, ensuring efficiency for our field technicians.
- Support the field service team, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Manage accounts receivable and billing inquiries, assisting customers with payments.
- Learn and grow in a structured training program with clear career advancement opportunities.
- Customer service and inside sales experience with a track record of success in a call center, sales, or service-related role.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone, email, and text.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to problem-solve and handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Quick learner with a team-first attitude, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to obtain state pest control certification (study materials and support provided).
- Work from home after completing 90 days of in-office training with one day per week in the Nashville office.
- Company-provided equipment, including a laptop, multiple monitors, and a headset.
- Internet stipend for high-speed, reliable connectivity.
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free home workspace for handling customer interactions.
- Monday - Friday, 7:15 AM - 4:30 PM (No nights, no weekends).
- Hybrid 4-Day Work Week (alternating 4-day/5-day weeks).
- Hourly pay starting at $23 per hour commission bonuses.
- Paid time off at 2 PM on your birthday.
