The Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative will actively manage all aspects of Barrett Commercial Sales & Customer Service responsibilities. These duties include but not limited to: commercial consumer & channel account email inquiries, order processing, paperwork processing for repairs, returns & exchange, internal support to the external sales team. Other duties as assigned.

- Handle all mail@barrett.net company emails and phone inquiries relative to commercial sales, by responding directly to the inquiry or forwarding to the appropriate department.
- Communicate new product or specials to current and potential customers. Finalize sales and shipping documents and calculate and communicate delivery times.
- Provide internal support to the external sales team. Process orders from distributors, dealers, warranty repairs, and coordinate estimates in a timely manner with the customer.
- Enter quotes, orders, and post invoices to send to customers. Monitor customer payments, and contact customers for payment and deposits.
- Maintain FFL Database and process ATF Forms and NFA travel letters.
