Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service Representative will provide virtual estimating services, direct support to outside sales, phone, e-mail, and company specific systems support to inter-company operations, customer-facing message boards, lead qualification, lead scheduling, & other sales support.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Sales Support - Lead Intake, Writing Virtual Estimates, Scheduling on-site estimates for outside Sales Reps, Answering Facebook questions, Answering E-mails, Answering Phone Calls, Answering Company-specific Message Boards
- Admin Support - Distributing information from phones, e-mails, message boards, etc.
- Operations Support - Distributing information from phones, e-mails, message boards, etc.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient with computers and phones.
- Customer-Experience-Oriented attitude.
- Self-Accountability mindset.
- Desire to learn and grow.
DESIRED Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of Construction Industry a PLUS.
- Experience with RingCentral, Microsoft Office, Co-Construct, Google Suite a PLUS
- Design experience/mindset a PLUS
- Sales background a PLUS
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- On-the-job training offered.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a desk for 8 hours / day, M-F, working in front of a computer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
