With strong interpersonal skills, the Sales Representative is able to communicate robust shutter and glass product collections for in-house and partner brands, such as PGT Custom Windows & Doors, CGI Windows & Doors, Nautilus Rolling Shutter Systems, and other industry leaders.

- Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients in the construction and building fields.
- Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls.
- Pursues cold and warm leads to proactively secure project engagements.
- Maintains working knowledge of product lines and technical components.
- Develops accurate, profitable, ethical proposals for B2C and B2B customers .
- Manages and grows sales territory to further brand and market presence.
- Demonstrates exceptional service, communication, and time management .
- Utilizes Levinson Built tools and technologies to operate effectively.
- Collaborates with sales members and administrative support team .
- Assists marketing in the communication of promotions to customers.
- Leverages CRM database to cultivate, manage and close sales .
- Expands product and industry knowledge to further education and expertise.
- Develops and implements strategies for sales in an assigned region.
- Expected sales of 100k per month in sales.
- Applies knowledge of product features to match products to the needs of clients.
- Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large.
- Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to clients.
- Negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepares contracts and submits orders.
- Collaborates with internal departments, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders/bids are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that jobs are organized properly.
- Periodically prepares and reports results, status of accounts, and leads to manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Thorough understanding of technical or scientific products to be sold.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field required, Construction industry preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Travel to meet with clients or potential clients will be required regularly.
