Our Compensation Package
We offer competitive compensation up to 140% of commissions earned.
We employ a consultative approach, avoiding pressure sales tactics.
Ongoing training is provided on both tele sales and virtual presentations using Zoom.
We specialize in middle-class and senior markets where families are under-insured.
Lead generation is handled through various lead systems, eliminating the need for cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be willing to dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week to this role.
Be prepared to learn our proprietary TBA system, including phone scripts, product placement, and other relevant skills.
A supportive team environment is essential, with access to our Learning Management System.
Must be able to review underwriting guidelines and make informed product selections based on client needs.
Qualifications:
Top-performing sales representatives or licensed insurance agents are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with lead-based systems is a plus.
Coachable, patient, ambitious, and team-oriented individuals are ideal candidates.
Basic computer skills and a smartphone/laptop are required.
Potential annual earnings range from $50,000 to $150,000, with expected hours varying between 20-40 per week, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
This is a commission-only position, providing unlimited earning potential.
