The InSite Intern will assist in a variety of matters for the Smart Helmet Team. Summer is always the busiest time of year for our team, so we are looking for an intern to alleviate the workload to allow a more focused and streamlined setup season. The Intern will work with both current InSite Training Tool customers and our Sales Team to assist with InSite helmet setup process and provide a further understanding of the ITT platform. The Intern will also help with supplemental support of the InSite Hotline, which aids both Sales Team and ITT customers. Lastly, for our new Axiom helmet, we will need assistance for our Scanning Help Line to ensure our sales force has an understanding for the scanning process as well as any troubleshooting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned)

• Assist the Smart Helmet Team with both remote and in-person InSite Helmet setups.
• Maintain support on the InSite Hotline.
• Provide support to Riddell sales representatives and customers utilizing Riddell Smart Helmet Technologies and subscription services.
• Train both new and current customers on the features and capabilities of the InSite Training Tool.
• Provide support to our sales representatives with Axiom helmet scans.
• Aid the Smart Helmet Team in maintaining an organized and up to date CRM.
