What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Accessory Store Manager position at All American Truck and SUV Accessory Centers?
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for exceeding sales and service goals through labor, parts, and other business avenues by providing superior customer service through in-store execution of programs, initiatives and standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Hire, train, develop and motivate retail staff, technicians, and monitor their performance.
* Evaluate store and individual performance.
* Analyze store market trends to determine new opportunities for growth.
* Ensure compliance of all safety regulations and guidelines by your stores and employees.
* Ensure that each location’s work environment is up to All American Truck and SUV Accessory Centers standards and guidelines.
* Support team members daily.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Parts lookup and sales
* Customer service
* Ability deescalate customers.
* Ability to clearly communicate
Minimum Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED prefer Bachelor’s degree
* A valid driver’s license
* Experience in the automotive or off-road/aftermarket industry
* Proven sales leadership success
* Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques
* Ability to exercise judgement and to work independently.
