The UPS Store in Sherwood is seeking a proactive and energetic Store Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance goals.
- Create staff schedules and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Enforce company policies and expectations set by ownership.
- Assist and perform sales duties by upselling services and educating customers about our products.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor inventory and ensure supplies are well-stocked.
Requirements:
- Previous management experience required (retail or customer service preferred).
- UPS Store experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to learn UPS Store services, including operating copiers, printers, and laminators.
- Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
