Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
- Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and scheduling.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for window and gutter cleaning services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
